What you'll do

• Serve as the primary owner and gatekeeper of the Issue Management Lifecycle, updating based on key framework component updates or business changes (e.g. risk events
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess adherence to the Issue Management Lifecycle across business units
• Develop and maintain supporting procedures and process guides
• Deliver comprehensive training and provide refresher training to maintain competency and reinforce best practices
• Produce comprehensive monthly governance reports and analyze issue management trends for senior management and Board-level committees
