About the role
DTI is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing cutting edge digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic advantage across the organization. DTI specializes in creating scalable Python-based applications, Alteryx workflows, Power BI dashboards, and automation frameworks that address complex business challenges across 1,500+ operations users.
What you'll do
- Own and manage the complete DTI book of work across all four business units (SSG, CSG, MO, IWM)
- Manage 200+ JIRAs spanning S1-S8 stages with clear prioritization and sequencing
- Ensure greater OVS (Operations Value Scorecard) adherence through disciplined benefit tracking and documentation
- Send regular portfolio updates to business unit sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Conduct governance calls to review progress, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio
