About the role
Working with the Sales, Trading and Information Technology Divisions, Operations professionals are responsible for the management and execution of transactions in a manner which maximizes profitability and minimizes risk.
What you'll do
- Execute risk-based prioritization with T+5 focus for internal dependencies
- Quality Review & First Time-Right Excellence: Serve as primary reviewer for all EQ derivatives drafts prepared by Drafting pod
- Operational Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Support daily Drafting pod to execute relevant and critical tasks
- This includes - Backlog dynamics, Allocation, Internal Dependency coordination, Driving conversation with Legal, FO, MO, Sales for NEW Template negotiation
- Training & Regulatory Compliance: Train and develop FTEs on EQ derivatives product knowledge and ISDA documentation; ensure compliance with ISDA Best Practice
