About the role
By connecting markets East & West, Nomura services the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates and governments through its three business divisions: Retail, Asset Management, and Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking). Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world.
What you'll do
- The platform trades a significant portion of client order flow per day globally and represents a business critical system for the firm
- Clients can easily tailor strategies to meet specific objectives
- The team works closely with the Quants to bring new strategies to the market and to constantly evolve the portfolio of the algorithmic offerings of the firm
- This is a hands-on individual contributor role within our algorithmic trading platform
- Deliver new features, enhancements and bug fixes to our algo trading platform that has ultra-low latency and high throughout processing
