What you'll do
- Manage Managed File Transfer platforms like Axway SecureTransport
- Troubleshoot various production Managed File Transfer related issues
- Contribute to 24 x 7 support of the production environment
- Problem solving, escalation and incident management
- Ensuring uniform and cohesive monitoring is applied across the relevant infrastructures
