What you'll do
- Handle Asia & Europe shifts to support of cloud services through follow-the-sun support model
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as required
- Respond to and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues within defined SLAs
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) using tools like Terraform
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine operational tasks
