What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of improvements to CIO RCSA processes
- Establish clear RCSA roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities within the CIO organization
- Develop comprehensive RCSA procedures aligned with Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate RCSA workshops and assessment sessions with CIO business units and 2LOD
- Assess current state gaps and prioritize implementation activities
