About the role
A successful candidate will join the JBS IT team, which manages multiple applications across Wealth Management business, Investment Banking business in Japan. This role involves collaboration with Japan based WM IT, JBS-IT, Program management team to deliver strategic technical solutions and maintenance of existing systems.
What you'll do
- Decompose large features or projects (epics) into smaller, manageable user stories or tasks
- Create hierarchical breakdowns of complex technical work into specific deliverables and identify dependencies between tasks and sequence them appropriately
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting for production issues
- Act as the primary tech owner for resolving complex queries and ensuring timely responses
- Continuously enhancing test suite to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality code deliverables
