What you'll do
- This is a technical leadership role
- Be the most senior engineer in the region, responsible for both hands-on delivery and for establishing the engineering culture locally
- Newport3 is a mature institutional trading platform with a large, modular codebase
- Act as the regional bridge to the remote core team and contribute to longer-horizon decisions including a potential shift toward a modern UI stack
- Lead the local team's technical direction — own architecture decisions for features and modules assigned to the region, with alignment to the broader distributed team
