About the role
The India Program Design & Development team works at the intersection of public health, behavioural science, service design, content, technology, and implementation to develop programmes that can be adopted and scaled through government health systems. We are looking for a Behaviour Change Specialist to strengthen the behavioural science and behaviour change capabilities of the India Program Design & Development team.
What you'll do
- Apply behavioural science to programme design
- Identify and prioritise key behaviours and diagnose the barriers, motivations, social norms, and system factors influencing them
- Apply behaviour change frameworks to translate insights into practical programme, intervention, content, and delivery approaches
- Contribute to qualitative and mixed-method research, including interviews, observations, focus groups, journey mapping, and behavioural inquiry
- Work with service designers and researchers to understand behaviours across patient, caregiver, and health-worker journeys and contexts
