Chief Technology Officer

About the role

We’re seeking a Chief Technology Officer that will help us supercharge the impact we can have. As CTO, you will shape our technology strategy and scale the products that will serve more than 100 million caregivers. We are looking for a CTO to help define and build the technology layer for family caregiving at global scale.

What you'll do

• Technology Strategy & Architecture
• Define and own the architecture for a platform built to reach 100 million caregivers — resilient across low-connectivity environments
• Communicate the vision to all stakeholders, including team, funders, and partners, to align on where we’re going
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering organization; currently ~14 engineers — with a mandate to scale the team thoughtfully as the platform grows
• This means building systems where model behavior is predictable, auditable, and safe in high-stakes health contexts
