About the role
The Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant delivers and steers complex Microsoft 365 engagements across collaboration, productivity, security, and governance. The role provides expert consulting to IT and business stakeholders, supports roll-outs and service evolution aligned with the Microsoft 365 roadmap, and resolves complex technical issues.
What you'll do
- Advise and implement best practices for Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, and security
- Stay up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and support roll-out of updates and new capabilities
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for IT and business units; develop reusable guidance materials
- Lead or steer delivery workstreams for Microsoft 365 improvements and initiatives under global prioritization
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants; review and improve solution quality and documentation
