About the role
The Global Application Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of assigned corporate applications, ensuring they meet business, technical, security, and compliance requirements. The role collaborates with global architects, platform leads, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient application services across Nordex.
What you'll do
- Own the full application lifecycle, from demand intake to retirement
- Ensure application stability, performance, security, and compliance
- Coordinate Level 2/Level 3 support and align with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management)
- Act as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on service performance and user feedback
