About the role
Global Training Coordinator ensures effective planning , coordination , and administration of blade production training activities by managing training logistics, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
What you'll do
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all blade-related trainings (technical and required compliance)
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessments, and certification tracking
- Communicate with the global training team to ensure alignment towards company goals and standard training processes
- Support trainers before and during practical sessions
- Coordinate onboarding of Blades production new comers
