About the role
The Process Specialist will play a key role in strengthening the Process Management function by supporting process optimization, standardization, and governance across the organization. The role focuses on administration and enhancement of the BIC Process Tool and contributing to the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS), enabling operational excellence within Nordex.
What you'll do
- BIC Tool Administration & Support
- Perform day-to-day administration of the BIC Process Tool
- Act as the first point of contact for users regarding system-related queries and issues
- Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to resolve technical incidents
- Ensure smooth functioning and accessibility of the tool across the organization
