About the role
The Electronics Solutions division of Nordson delivers cutting-edge engineering and applications excellence to the world’s semiconductor, automotive electronics, printed circuit boards and precision assembly manufacturer with innovative fluid dispensing and surface treatment solutions. As part of the Growth and Strategy group for this $250M++ division, the Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for the development, and performance of a product line.
What you'll do
- Using the NBS Next Phase Gate process in the development of new products, provide leadership in Phases 0-2 i.e. #0 Project Request; #1 Planning/Feasibility
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams in Sales, Operation, Marketing and NPD, to ensure successful product launches and iterations with messaging
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities of growth and improvement for existing products
- Lead cross-functional efforts for creating competitive offerings
- Maintain and communicate internally the competitive landscape of our market/products Build internal knowledge of the competitive landscape by supporting MEKKO updates
