About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Production Support Consultant with hands on experience in Xceptor, a leading data automation platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of Xceptor workflows solutions in production.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Xceptor workflows, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents for solutions deployed
- Monitor production schedules proactively
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, including workflow failures, data anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
- Investigate root causes of incidents, document findings, and implement preventive solutions
- Work closely with development and platform teams to manage code deployments, environment issues, and configuration changes
