About the role
The Lead, Business Continuity Management (APAC Location) is responsible for the development, implementation, governance, testing, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Management (BCM). This role serves as the primary APAC focal point for technology continuity planning while partnering with global technology teams, infrastructure organizations, cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, business units, and regional regulators.
What you'll do
- Business Continuity Strategy & Governance
- Lead the APAC Technology Business Continuity Program
- Develop and maintain regional technology continuity and resilience strategies aligned with global frameworks
- Ensure regional BCM practices are aligned with enterprise risk management standards and global technology policies
- Establish governance forums, metrics, reporting, and executive dashboards for continuity and resilience programs
