About the role

The primary focus of this role will be to support the Fixed Income and Equity Portfolio Management group. A Senior Analyst in the Corporate Actions team is responsible for accurately processing and verifying various corporate action events, including dividends, mergers, stock splits, and rights issues.

What you'll do

• Focus on resolution of complex Corporate Actions transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes of the International Markets
• Identification, escalation and resolution of corporate action issues with particular emphasis on critical and complex issues
• Works Closely with the team in ensuring timely completion of the daily activities, Monitors operations and accounting activities to ensure that all necessary reports
• Receives service requests from clients and partners, executes daily client activity, oversees transaction processing, handles inquiry resolution
• Hands on experience on Data scrubbing or Processing of Corporate actions events is preferred
