About the role
The ServiceNow Engineering Lead – IT Asset Management will provide end-to-end technical leadership and delivery ownership for the IT Asset Management product/POD, covering CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) with Flexera integration, Application Portfolio Management (APM), Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.
What you'll do
- Own technical delivery across CMDB, HAM, SAM and APM, including solution design, development, integrations, testing, deployment
- CMDB & Configuration Management
- Lead CMDB engineering including CI lifecycle, CSDM alignment, IRE, identification and reconciliation, CMDB Health, Discovery, relationships, data quality
- Service Graph Connector & Discovery Engineering
- Lead implementation and support of Service Graph Connectors, ServiceNow Discovery and external data-source integrations
