About the role
The ServiceNow System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, operational support, security, stability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong hands-on experience in platform administration, production troubleshooting, upgrades and patching, deployments, access management, integrations, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
What you'll do
- Administer and support ServiceNow Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments, ensuring platform stability and availability
- Troubleshoot production incidents involving workflows, Business Rules, integrations, authentication, notifications, scheduled jobs, performance
- Plan and support ServiceNow releases, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, including impact assessment, skipped-record review, regression validation
- Perform code migrations and deployments using Update Sets, Application Repository, and established release-management processes
- Define, develop, maintain, and execute ATF test cases and suites for critical business processes, upgrades, patches, and releases
