About the role
The Applications Software Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and sustainment of software applications across the NOV Service Equipment product portfolio.
What you'll do
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, this role develops customer-facing features, maintains existing applications
- Implement new product features, enhancements, and user interface improvements under the guidance of senior engineering staff
- Support software integration with industrial equipment, PLCs, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems
- Participate in software testing, debugging, validation, and release activities to ensure reliable product performance
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist with product sustainment, customer support, and field-related investigations
