About the role
The objective of this position is to independently support the full product life cycle of drilling tools by contributing to new product development, sustaining engineering, design analysis, testing, validation, documentation, and field support.
What you'll do
- Create design layouts and detailed component drawings
- Create component and system level test plans and test fixtures
- Perform validation testing and conduct design iterations as required
- Develop accurate and complete documentation of data and project results in a timely manner
- Write reports which draw appropriate conclusions from project results
