About the role
The Planner Operations will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed production and shipment schedules, managing MRP and ERP system requirements, and coordinating across production, purchasing, engineering, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams.
What you'll do
- Manage intercompany sales orders (NSO): Order Management process steps from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer
- Manage sales order on-time delivery and communicate of order changes/delays to concern stakeholders
- Develop priorities and communicate support functions while taking an active role in problem resolution as required
- Review and release work orders per the system demand, manage the system recommended messages
