About the role

Working closely with senior business and HR leaders, the role will translate workforce plans and labour-market insight into effective hiring strategies, strong talent pipelines and a consistent candidate experience. The role will also play a key part in NOV’s ongoing Talent Acquisition transformation by driving the practical and responsible use of AI, automation and recruitment technology.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team across Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific
• Partner with senior business and HR leaders on workforce planning, talent availability, labour-market insights, location strategy and recruitment risks
• Oversee recruitment across technical, engineering, commercial, operational, manufacturing, corporate, leadership and high-volume roles
• Build sustainable pipelines for critical, specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill roles across the region
