About the role
We are seeking a relationship management expert from the insurance space. In this role, you will be responsible for building meaningful and lasting relationship with clients by enabling end to end monthly endorsements, conducting business reviews, and preventing escalations.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end monthly endorsements for your clients meeting standard requirements on TAT and quality
- Communicate proactively alongside required follow ups with clients and partners to accelerate outcomes
- Manage escalations, conduct quarterly business reviews and do everything that is required strategically for retaining clients
