About the role
As part of Novartis Agentic Fastrack, this role enables rapid, responsible AI adoption through low-code/no-code (LCNC) and AI productivity platforms. The Senior Specialist designs, delivers, and scales enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Quick Suite, Power Platform, and other approved LCNC technologies.
What you'll do
- Own the design, configuration and lifecycle management of secure, scalable LCNC and AI productivity solutions
- Build and operationalize copilot/Claude agents, Skills, RAG solutions, prompt workflows, integrations, and reusable components across approved enterprise platforms
- Establish technical standards, guardrails, documentation, monitoring, and support models for reliable and responsible AI adoption
