Senior Specialist - Governance

About the role

The Governance Specialist plays a key role within Transformation & Governance by helping define how E&A operates, makes decisions, and engages with other areas. The role enables E&A to operate effectively and scale through clear collaboration models, streamlined processes, robust governance, and consistent delivery standards.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain collaboration frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and engagement models across Experience & Adoption (E&A) teams and partner functions
• Design, document, and continuously improve standardized processes to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of E&A services
• Establish and evolve operating models, including service-based engagement approaches, to support diverse business and stakeholder needs
• Drive governance practices by defining decision rights, review forums, escalation mechanisms, and accountability structures
• Create and manage centralized methodologies, templates, playbooks, standards, and reusable tools to support operational excellence
