Creative Designer

About the role

As Creative Designer, you will turn ideas, data and complex messages into clear, engaging visuals that help Global Corporate Affairs connect with leaders, colleagues and stakeholders around the world. You will shape leadership presentations, campaigns, events, newsletters and SharePoint sites, keeping every output consistent with the Novo brand and accessible to its audience.

What you'll do

• Be the creative hand behind many of Global Corporate Affairs’ most visible materials, balancing planned initiatives with ad hoc requests while keeping quality high
• Interpret stakeholder briefs, objectives and content, and turn them into practical, purpose-driven designs delivered on time, even when priorities shift
• Design and elevate leadership presentations and communication materials for important meetings and business initiatives
• Create presentations, newsletters (using Microsoft Word and Dot Digital), icons, templates, motion graphics and video support for social media
• Convert dense information and data into clear, accessible visual stories, and enhance the design of SharePoint sites and pages to improve user experience
