About the role
As Lead Business Analyst, you will be the primary bridge between Commercial, Medical and Customer Engagement stakeholders and IT delivery teams. You will lead requirements management, business process optimisation, solution design and stakeholder alignment, turning business needs into compliant, scalable capabilities across Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce, marketing automation and connected engagement platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead requirements and backlog grooming for customer engagement capabilities, working within the governance set by Product Management
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, leading requirements elicitation and translating needs into clear, testable epics, features
- Define, refine and prioritise the product backlog with Product Owners, and facilitate decisions on scope and priorities so delivery keeps moving
- Optimise business processes by identifying root causes, risks and dependencies, and recommend solution designs based on business value, feasibility and compliance
- Ensure traceability from business objectives through design, development, testing and deployment, and govern the quality of requirements throughout
