About the role
As a Lead Epidemiologist, you will play a key role in developing and applying epidemiological knowledge and methods to support Novo Nordisk’s project and product portfolio. You will independently lead epidemiological investigations and studies, provide expert guidance on study design and evidence generation, and take ownership of the epidemiological aspects of projects.
What you'll do
- Lead the epidemiological aspects of projects and independently drive epidemiological investigations and studies
- Provide scientific guidance on the design and conduct of epidemiological and outcomes research studies
- Provide and/or review statistical analysis plans and support high-quality reporting and publication of study results
- Mentor and coach less experienced epidemiologists and contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of epidemiological standards and practices
- Communicate complex epidemiological concepts and study findings clearly to both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders
