- Identifying and evaluating innovative digital and technology-enabled approaches – including AI, automation, conversational platforms and digital health solutions
- Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, metadata, access controls and retention requirements
- Enabling trusted data products, dashboards and insights that support engagement decision-making, while driving data literacy across relevant teams
