About the role
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Warehousing, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Product Management teams to enable seamless label development, maintenance, and support. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence while supporting Novonesis' commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain labels using Loftware Spectrum, NiceLabel, Transform, or similar label design platforms
- Manage global support tickets related to labels, label printers, and scanners while meeting agreed service levels
- Configure and troubleshoot label printers including Intermec, Zebra, and Sato devices
- Support global label management processes and maintain label-related master data and LAMA tables
- Investigate label-related customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
