We are looking for a Technical Service Manager, Household Care, Starch, Oils & Fats to lead our Technical Service function across South Asia. You will develop a high-performing, customer-focused technical team and help translate customer needs, industry trends and biological innovation into differentiated solutions and sustainable business growth.
What you'll do
- Develop a high-performing, customer-focused technical team and help translate customer needs
- Lead the Technical Service agenda for Household Care, Starch, Oils & Fats across South Asia
- Ensure that customers receive high-quality and timely technical solutions while strengthening our position as a trusted technical partner
- Lead and develop a high-performing Technical Service team , coaching and empowering team members
