What you'll do
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and discussions with stakeholders across business, technology and operations
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and supporting artefacts such as functional specifications, process flows and use cases
- Work on implementations and enhancements of business applications, from initial setup through to ongoing operations and post-implementation support
- Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions aligned to business objectives and system capabilities
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, set clear expectations, resolve conflicts and keep requirements aligned through change and prioritisation
