BA-Core Banking

About the role

In this role, you will play a key role in driving core banking transformation initiatives for our clients, with exposure across multiple banking domains including Deposits, Lending, Payments, Customer Management, Digital Banking, and Core Banking Modernization programs. Be the primary point of contact to various stakeholders, including but not limited to Business stakeholders, Delivery squads, Design & Development teams.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in driving core banking transformation initiatives for our clients, with exposure across multiple banking domains including Deposits, Lending, Payments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business requirements, strategic objectives, and transformation priorities
• Ensure that requirements are clearly defined, well understood, and properly documented in the form of epics, features, user stories, and process flows
• Provide business and functional expertise across core banking domains, including deposits, lending, payments, customer servicing, onboarding
• Support Design and Development teams in configuring and customizing solutions to meet business needs and enhance customer and user experience
