About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our IT Operations team, specializing in BHOM Event Management, Administration, and Architecture Support. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our monitoring ecosystem, with a focus on event lifecycle management, platform administration, and architectural enhancements across BHOM environments.
What you'll do
- Monitor, triage, and manage events generated across BHOM platforms
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical alerts
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to fine-tune event thresholds and reduce noise
- Maintain event correlation rules and suppression logic to optimize alerting
- Perform day-to-day administration of BHOM tools and integrations (e.g., OpsRamp, Zabbix, ServiceNow)
