About the role
We are seeking a senior Asset Management Business Finance / FP&A leader with 10+ years of experience who can answer the core management questions: What is our AUM, why did it change, how does it drive revenue, and how do we create one governed enterprise source for that information?
What you'll do
- AUM Business Finance & Revenue
- Own end-to-end AUM reporting and monthly/quarterly AUM roll-forward across public and private market investment vehicles
- Explain AUM movement across opening AUM, gross subscriptions/inflows, redemptions/outflows, transfers, distributions, market movement, FX
- Own net-flow reporting and attribution by product, strategy, vehicle, client/channel and region; distinguish business flows from market/FX performance
- Calculate, reconcile and explain Fee-Earning AUM and its relationship to reported AUM
