About the role
The SAP S/4HANA BASIS Consultant is responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability. This role focuses on implementing and managing S/4HANA systems across landscapes, supporting upgrades, migrations, and integrations within complex enterprise environments.
What you'll do
- Plan, install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems (including Fiori, Solution Manager, and other SAP components)
- Perform system copies, client refreshes, and transport management
- Implement SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) and Solution Manager for monitoring and automation
- Coordinate system upgrades, enhancement packs, and support package implementations
- Ensure high system availability and participate in disaster recovery and high-availability setups
