Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutioning Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, developing business cases, building cost models and pricing strategies, and supporting complex proposal responses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, commercially viable solutions that align with client requirements and organizational objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive business cases that articulate value propositions, financial benefits, operational efficiencies, and transformation opportunities
• Build detailed cost models, pricing models, and commercial assumptions to support competitive and profitable client proposals
• Design scalable operating models, delivery approaches, staffing models, transition strategies, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, Operations, Finance, and Subject Matter Experts to develop integrated client solutions
• Analyze client RFPs, RFIs, and business requirements to create differentiated solution strategies
