Navision Finance Consultant (Managed Services) We are seeking an experienced Navision Finance Consultant to support a managed services engagement. The consultant will provide functional expertise across Microsoft Dynamics Navision / NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central financial modules, ensuring stable operations, timely incident resolution, continuous improvement, and effective support for finance users.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance modules
- Analyze, troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve finance-related incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs
- Bank and cash management
- Dimensions and posting groups
- VAT/GST and tax configuration
