About the role
We are seeking an experienced UKG Functional Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Management solutions to support an enterprise AMS engagement. The consultant will play a key role across transition, knowledge acquisition, stabilization, steady-state support, and continuous improvement .
What you'll do
- Transition & Knowledge Acquisition
- Participate actively in transition and knowledge transfer sessions with incumbent teams, business SMEs, and application owners
- Review and validate SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, configuration documentation, known-error databases, and operational procedures
- Perform reverse knowledge transfer and demonstrate readiness for independent application support
- Identify knowledge gaps, operational risks, dependencies, and documentation gaps during transition
