About the role
We are looking for an Account Operations & Business Management Lead with 6–8 years of experience in IT Services organizations to manage account-level operational activities, resource onboarding, financial tracking, governance, and management reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis, automation, insights, and executive reporting .
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day account operations , governance, action tracking, escalations, and coordination across Delivery, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and client teams
- Own resource onboarding and workforce tracking covering demand, selection, joining, client onboarding, allocation, utilization, timesheets, roll-offs, replacements
- Track key financial and commercial metrics including revenue, cost, margin, billability, utilization, non-billable/holding cost, forecast vs. actuals, PO consumption
- Develop management dashboards, MIS, KPI scorecards, financial/resource reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for account leadership
- Leverage GenAI/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and similar platforms for data analysis, trend identification, report automation, management insights
