About the role
Investigate and drive support resolution with senior internal clients and stakeholders. Serve as point of escalation for support issues. Manage the day to day operations of the teams and ensures SLOS and customer service levels are met. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
