About the role
Microsoft 365 Support Specialist (Teams/SharePoint) The Microsoft 365 Support Specialist provides offshore L3 support for Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. The role focuses on incident management, service request fulfillment, migration support, operational maintenance, minor enhancements, and collaboration with Northwell teams to ensure business continuity and project delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide L2 & L3 support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments
- Review and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues during the offshore support window (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET)
- Monitor support queues and address production issues before U.S. business hours
- Support Microsoft 365 operational activities, migrations, testing, validation, and remediation tasks
- Collaborate with project teams during overlap hours and participate in project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and status discussions
