About the role
We are seeking an experienced Navision SCM Consultant to provide functional support and continuous improvement services for a managed services engagement. The consultant will support Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central supply chain processes, ensuring the stable operation of procurement, inventory, warehouse, planning, sales order, and logistics functions.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central Supply Chain modules
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, system defects, and user queries within agreed SLAs
- Purchase and vendor management
- Item master and item variants
- Item tracking, serial numbers, and lot numbers
