About the role
In this role, Candidate is expected with an experience in core areas such as Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting, NAC (Network Access Control), and troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Design and Implementation: Collaborate with infra and security teams to design, implement and customize Cisco ISE solutions
- Ensure to leverage industry best practices to reduce the attack surface areas
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Cisco ISE configurations, authentication failures, load balancer, licensing
- Develop method and procedures in alignment with Change management best practices and provide training and knowledge transfer to varied team members
- Escalate and troubleshoot along with Cisco TAC for identified bugs and potential work arounds
