What you'll do
- Oversee the delivery of People & Culture consulting services, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, service commitments are met
- Partner on Business and Workforce Priorities
- Work closely with business leaders and Strategic HRBPs to translate business priorities into people plans, workforce solutions, and measurable outcomes
- Lead the execution of key people initiatives, including culture, employee experience, leadership development, capability building, engagement, and AI adoption programs
- Support organizational changes including organizational design, workforce restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions
