About the role
PMO Support at NTT Data. Coordinate resource assignments, movements, roll-offs, extensions, and transitions in partnership with PMO and Program Managers.
What you'll do
- Coordinate resource assignments, movements, roll-offs, extensions, and transitions in partnership with PMO and Program Managers
- Provide program governance and reporting through accurate dashboards and management reports covering resource capacity, recruiting, utilization, attrition
- Drive recruiting and staffing requirements in partnership with Recruiting and HR and practice FSPs, including defining job descriptions, tracking hiring pipelines
- Coordinate with Program Leadership and DMCC Lead on performance assessments, retention initiatives, resource transitions
- Facilitate timely execution of performance assessments, retention initiatives, and resource transitions
