About the role
This role partners closely with finance stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure R2R processes are redesigned, configured, tested, and transitioned smoothly to the new ERP environment.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans for the R2R workstream
- Coordinate with finance controllership, accounting, and consolidation teams to gather requirements and validate design decisions
- Track deliverables related to chart of accounts redesign, close calendar alignment, journal entry automation, and intercompany processes
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and interdependencies with other AmpliFi workstreams (e.g., Data, Business Readiness)
- Schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain meetings, steering committee and workshop specific to R2R
